Description

The Energy Wise Network Program is a community of leaders who are passionate about sustainability and engaging people within their organizations to reduce energy and GHGs. The program is co-funded by British Columbia utilities BC Hydro and FortisBC and delivered in partnership with Prism Engineering. It supports Energy Managers, Energy Specialists and Sustainability Professionals to run energy conservation campaigns and initiatives in the Government, University, Municipality, School District, Healthcare and Business sectors. Through training, networking opportunities, campaign toolkits, customized coaching, and incentive funding, participants increase their knowledge, skills and access to resources to help them conserve energy through behaviour change, policy or process change in their organizations. In 2021, a program evaluation was conducted to identify opportunities for improvement. Learn about the program evaluation findings, program changes and examples of the unique initiatives implemented as part of the program as a result of the program adjustments.
