Description

Understanding your customers is an important aspect of showing empathy and offering appropriate programs and services. To help you engage with your customers and better serve them, we conducted the E Source Residential Products, Programs, and Services survey in the summer of 2022. The survey gathered critical customer insights from nearly 5,000 US respondents in various income groups about their interest and participation in utility programs and services and their adoption of energy-related products. Using this data, utilities and municipalities can improve how they educate and market energy efficiency programs and technologies like online marketplaces, battery storage, and solar.   In this session, you will learn what marketing strategies can be leveraged to target low-and-moderate income residents with the right programs and products. We will discuss how the most appropriate messaging delivered to customers via their preferred channel of communication can lead to improved engagements.
