Registration Cancellation Policy 
ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to info@beccconference.org. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the conference (by October 2, 2025) are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after October 3, 2025. 

Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the confirmation number, current participant name, and new participant name to info@beccconference.org

BECC Fellows Registrations are fully refundable on or before October 2, 2025
