Description
Real partnership beats one-time cooperation. This plenary brings together survivors working directly alongside investigators and the law enforcement leaders who've built roles for them — from case strategy to takedown planning. Hear how formal collaboration structures, fair compensation, and shared trust are producing faster victim identification, stronger prosecutions, and more disrupted trafficking networks.
