This workshop introduces Polaris’ National Stakeholder Study (NSS 2.0), a systems-level effort to map and strengthen the anti-trafficking ecosystem. Using the Stakeholder Taxonomy and Intervention Framework to unify the field around shared language and systems thinking, the study applies structural network analysis, multi-stakeholder surveys, and focus groups to assess coordination gaps and identify pathways to collective impact.
