Description

A survivor-informed model that integrates directly into law enforcement operations to strengthen human trafficking investigations, improve victim identification, and reduce harm. In partnership with the Santa Clara County Human Trafficking Task Force during Super Bowl 2026, this approach supported the recovery of 73 victims and 29 trafficker arrests. It combines real-time command post coordination, data-driven analysis, and community engagement to generate actionable leads. Developed through experience since 2009 and prior collaboration in Santa Clara in 2016, this model is adaptable to any large-scale operation and demonstrates effective collaboration among law enforcement, survivors, and the community.
