Description
A case study detailing the two investigations against Erwin Burley, a repeat federal offender and interstate traveling trafficker. Students will learn pivotal strategies for victim interaction, overcoming investigative obstacles, and compiling evidence beyond statutory elements to compel a plea. Upon release from prison, Burley immediately returned to trafficking females merging old and new tactics. This course covers the strategic methods utilized while investigating known offenders.
