Survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual abuse face a wide range of challenges on their individual path to independence and stability. To address those challenges and provide support to these members of our local communities, Jones Day created the Start Anew Project — a series of one-day clinics across the country that bring together a global law firm, local and national nonprofit organizations, law schools, and corporate partners to deliver services — from financial literacy programs and resume workshops to professional workwear and direct legal assistance. Learn how this cross-sector collaboration empowers survivors with the skills and resources they need to achieve independence, and discover how this model can be replicated in communities nationwide.
