Michelle Buckley, LCSW, PhD, serves as the Director of Wraparound at Starlight Community Services, where she has dedicated over 14 years to improving outcomes for vulnerable youth and families. Her professional journey at Starlight began as a foundational internship during her Master’s program, evolving into a career defined by clinical excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to systemic change. Throughout her tenure, Dr. Buckley has been a driving force behind the development of specialized programming. Most notably, she played a pivotal role in supporting the TEAMMATES program to establish a dedicated CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) Wraparound team. This initiative provides intensive, trauma-informed support tailored to the unique needs of survivors, ensuring they receive holistic care within their communities. Dr. Buckley is a certified trainer for both "Becoming Me" and "Ending the Game." This role allow her to equip other providers with the tools necessary to support at-risk populations in breaking cycles of exploitation and building self-efficacy.
