With over 50 years of specialized experience working with offenders, victims, survivors of crime, creating training prevention and education programs, he is further recognized as an expert educator, visionary leader, and consultant by military, governmental, higher education, and public and private organizations around the world. Russ has personally provided prevention and criminal justice training and education through plenaries, seminars, briefings, and workshops to well over 800,000 professionals. He is currently the owner/creative visionary for Effective Detective LLC and Co-Owner of Strand Squared Solutions LLC.
