Rachel Bardoul has been with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) since 2021 and currently serves as a Program Specialist on the Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) within the Analytical Services Division. She began as an analyst and now focuses on strengthening law enforcement engagement and providing operational support to agencies investigating child sex trafficking cases nationwide.

Rachel supports federal, state, and local partners in efforts to identify and recover child victims and hold traffickers accountable. She has extensive experience supporting both virtual and in-person operations from small-scale efforts to large, multi-agency operations, including Super Bowl 2024, Formula 1 Las Vegas, and World Cup 2026 planning. She also leads CSTT projects focused on tracking trafficking trends and presents nationwide on NCMEC’s free resources and operational support for law enforcement.

Rachel received her Master’s degree in Criminology, as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and International Affairs, with certificates in Emergency Management and Intelligence Analysis, from Florida State University.
