Lindsey Draper serves as a Regional Coordinator with the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) Anti-Trafficking department, where she oversees the Aspire: Child Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (Aspire) and the Trafficking Victims Assistance Program (TVAP) across ten states, including Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. In this role, she provides program oversight, coordinates referrals to critical services for foreign national survivors of human trafficking, and supports the implementation of high-quality, survivor-centered programming.

A recognized subject matter expert in serving foreign national trafficking survivors, Lindsey delivers technical assistance and training to a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders, including case managers, legal service providers, immigration advocates, law enforcement agencies, and child welfare professionals. Her work focuses on strengthening trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and survivor-centered practices while addressing gaps in service delivery and promoting effective cross-sector collaboration.

Prior to joining USCRI, Lindsey served as a Refugee Reception and Placement Case Manager with the International Rescue Committee, where she developed extensive expertise in working with vulnerable immigrant populations. Lindsey is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, serving in Guatemala as a Health Coordinator. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Texas.
