Sarah Florman is the Human Trafficking Prevention and Response Director at the Minnesota Department of Health. Her background includes a foundation in youth engagement and violence prevention, working with systems-involved youth and within Minnesota’s Safe Harbor network for sexually exploited and trafficked youth. Sarah has a master’s degree in public affairs from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota. She has worked on policy and legislative issues around child welfare and sexual violence in both the public and nonprofit sectors, with a passion for cross-discipline collaboration.
