Representative Kate A. Klunk, Esq. has served the people of southern York County in the169th Legislative District since November 2014.
Kate serves as the Republican Chair of the House Children and Youth Committee and is a member of the House Ethics, Judiciary and Rules committees. She is also a co-chair of the bipartisan, bicameral Anti-Human Trafficking Caucus, which was formed in March, 2026.
Bringing to Harrisburg clear understanding of the issues important to the families in southern York County, Kate is a strong advocate in the areas of family law and childcare policy.
Prior to her election to the state House, Kate gained experience through her work in many facets of government and the private sector.
Kate, her husband, and their two daughters reside in Hanover where she is an active member of her community volunteering with her daughters’ elementary school PTO, coaching her daughter’s softball team, and serving on her church council.
