Description

Working with youth survivors of CSE requires interactions with several systems across multiple disciplines. Collaboration is critical to positive outcomes for youth. However, team members can often impede progress. This session aims to dispel some commonly held beliefs regarding CSEC youth, minimize triangulation amongst teams, and help participants learn how to foster collaborative teams that ensure youth survivors can receive the best possible care. The presentation is informed by case studies and data from current research projects between the University of Indianapolis and Ascent 121.
