Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Telisia's early years were marked by challenges that shaped her into the fierce advocate she is today. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Practical Ministry from Christian Family Church International Bible College, which fueled her commitment to serve her community.
Through impactful speaking engagements, she educates diverse audiences—including law enforcement, community organizations, and faith-based groups—on the complexities of human trafficking. Telisia also mentors survivors, empowering them to reclaim their lives.
