Lauren Devine is the Child Trafficking Prevention and Protection Coordinator at the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Lauren coordinates with offices across HHS, with federal partners, and with external stakeholders to prevent and respond to human trafficking among children and youth. Prior to OTIP, Lauren worked in various capacities as a social worker in domestic and international child welfare settings. Lauren received a Master of Social Work in Clinical Global Practice from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on international relations and African studies from the University of Florida.
