Regina McDevitt serves as the Executive Director at the Chattanooga Hamilton County Family Justice Center and has over 30 years’ experience working as a leader in the nonprofit sector, specializing in victims services and leadership development. She is an alumna of the Social Current Executive Leadership Institute and has received various advocacy awards including the National Sexual Violence Resource Center 2011 National Visionary Award.

She has expertise in technical assistance, strategic planning, policy, and operations support for community agencies. She specializes in coordinated community response teams and program development, with a strong background in developing trauma-informed organizations.

She continues to be an advocate for survivors of abuse to ensure they have a place to receive services through a strong collaboration of community agencies working together to create pathways to hope and safety.
