Dr. Vanessa Bouché is an award-winning thought-leader and scholar who has earned over $1M in federal research grants. She has shared her expertise and published work on human trafficking globally, consulting and speaking for dozens of organizations including the US State Department, UN Office on Drugs & Crime, US Agency for International Development, Polaris, McCain Institute and Thorn.
She received her BA from Columbia University, MPAff from the University of Texas LBJ School of Public Affairs, and PhD in political science from Ohio State University. She has worked as an intelligence analyst, Associate Professor at TCU, Research Fellow at SMU AT&T Center for Virtualization, Director of Research for Life After Justice, and Adjunct Professor at the UT Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs.
