Elizabeth is a speaker, consultant, and trainer with 24 years of leadership experience in cross-cultural project management, strategy development, operations, curricula and training design, and 15 years of specialized experience in the anti-trafficking field. Throughout her career, she has managed projects domestically and internationally, designed and implemented state and national training conferences, authored and produced training resources, and provided customized training to 6,500 individuals. Elizabeth founded FYN Global to support mission-driven teams and organizations in becoming more sustainable through strategic coaching, consulting, and technical assistance in critical areas of impact: collaboration, leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, culture, etc.
