Cristian Eduardo is a human rights advocate and national leader in the anti-trafficking movement. A queer Mexican immigrant and survivor of international and domestic trafficking, Cristian brings lived experience and deep expertise to his work. He serves as a Survivor Leader and Steering Committee Member for New Yorkers for the Equality Model and co-chairs the New York State Anti-Trafficking Coalition. Cristian sits on multiple national advisory boards, including the Alliance to End Human Trafficking and USCRI. A powerful voice for immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people living with HIV, he co-founded Mujeres en Resistencia to combat gender-based violence and support Spanish-speaking communities. His work is rooted in survivor leadership, mental health advocacy, and systemic change.
