Sarah Najnaoui is a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience. Sarah has her MSW degree from the University of Michigan and has dedicated her career to serving children and families: as a parent educator in early childhood programs, a clinician and case manager with diversion and juvenile justice youth, and working with unaccompanied children in the Home Study and Post Release Services (HS/PRS) program since 2014, beginning in direct service and moving into supervisory positions providing case consultation, crisis intervention support, training and technical assistance. In her current role as Director of Capacity Building & Outreach at USCRI, she oversees training, community outreach and education, and the Unaccompanied Children and Refugee Youth Resource Centers.
