How to Write A Grant Application That Doesn’t Get Funded
Track
Grant Writing and Planned Giving
Experience Level
2 - Intermediate (4-6 years in the industry)
Description
Your organization was the perfect candidate for funding from XYZ Foundation, yet was rejected, again. Why?! During this session, a funder representative who reviews more than 1,000 grant applications and facilitates approximately $35 million in grantmaking each year will unlock the not-so-secret-secret on why your application was not a success.
Using real-world grant applications (organization and grant writer names redacted), session participants will be exposed to the difference between a grant application selected for funding and one that is not. And have the opportunity to "ask the funder!"
