Description

In the last few years, sustainer or recurring giving has been one of the bright spots of fundraising even as the surge from pandemic giving and retention continues to cool. Creating predictable revenue through a sustainer program is critical to the health of every nonprofit and foundational for retention and future growth.

In this session, attendees will examine the importance of building a resilient donor pipeline and how to apply “art” and “science” to build sustained giving programs that not only boost fundraising efforts but create strong, long-term donor relationships.

We’ll dive into the program, data, and technology components that are critical to building a dynamic sustainer program (i.e., the “science”), while also laying out the value adds, storytelling, and relationship-building essentials that drive retention (i.e., the “art”).

By the end of this session, attendees will walk away with actionable tips and strategies to build a loyal community of recurring supporters, making their fundraising efforts not just easier but even more impactful!
