File Use and Specifications

IMPORTANT: Please include your FIRST and LAST name as part of the file name for each file you are uploading. (EX: “Doe, Jane – Presentation ABC.ppt”)

• Slide presentations
  Presentations provided on this site will be preloaded on the laptop in your session room. You should also bring a backup copy of your presentation to your session with you. Only Powerpoint or Keynote files are accepted.
   
• Posters
  Only .pdf files are accepted. These files WILL be available to conference attendees online. The full-size printed poster should be brought with you for display during the conference.
   
• Handouts and other resource materials
  Only .pdf files are accepted. These files WILL be available to conference attendees online.
   
• Audio or video files
  If there are embedded audio or video files in your presentation, please provide the original audio and/or video files as a backup as well. These files WILL NOT be available to attendees.

Important Deadlines to Note

Oct 20 – deadline to upload files for mobile app and BECC On-Demand; any files received after this date may not appear in the app or online until after the conference

Nov 3 – deadline to upload files for use during your presentation (applies only to session presenters; poster presenters should bring their preprinted poster to be displayed)
