Rev. April 1, 2026
Event organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary, including issuing a warning, removing an individual from the event without refund, or involving local authorities.
Comfort & Safety The safety and well-being of every participant is our highest priority. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff are expected to uphold this Code of Conduct throughout the event — including all sessions, social functions, and related activities, both on-site and online.
A Respectful Environment We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Discrimination, exclusion, or derogatory remarks based on any protected characteristic
- Offensive, threatening, or degrading language or gestures
- Distribution or display of inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit materials
- Sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances, inappropriate physical contact, or unwelcome sexual attention
- Stalking, following, or any behavior that causes another person to feel unsafe or uncomfortable
- Intimidation, threats, or acts of violence of any kind
- Possession or display of weapons or any item intended to threaten or intimidate
- Deliberate damage to venue property or another person's belongings
- Any conduct intended to disturb the peace or obstruct the lawful rights of others
Participation & Engagement We want every attendee to participate fully and comfortably. Deliberate disruption of any session, keynote, workshop, or event activity — whether verbal, physical, or digital — is prohibited. Do not engage in behavior that endangers others or prevents them from moving, speaking, or participating freely.
Responsible Consumption Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Anyone whose behavior — regardless of the cause — negatively impacts, endangers, or harasses other participants may be removed from the event without refund.
Individuals operating AV equipment, vehicles, forklifts, or any other equipment that affects the safety of others must remain unimpaired at all times.
Please observe all venue and event policies regarding alcohol service hours, designated smoking and vaping areas, and tobacco use.
Event Attire Dress in a manner that reflects the professional nature of this event and respects fellow attendees and the local culture. Clothing with offensive, explicit, or politically inflammatory imagery, patterns, or slogans is not permitted.
