Who is organizing the event? |
The Just Training Conference is hosted and organized by Shared Hope International. |
What is appropriate conference attire? |
The JuST Training Conference is a professional business event. Business casual or better is recommended. Meeting rooms tend to be cold, please bring a light jacket for your own comfort. |

Are there any discounts available? |
Survivors - a limited number of discounted or complimentary registrations are available for trafficking survivors. Survivor scholarship applications open in April. Students - a limited number of discounted student registrations will be available with an approved application. Student applications open in May. |
What is the refund or cancellation policy? |
Registration Cancellation Policy On or before Sept 26, 2026 - 100% refund minus $50 administrative fee Sept 27 thru October 9, 2026 - 50% refund Oct 10, 2026 or after - Not eligible for refund Cancellations must be received in writing by the deadlines indicated above. To cancel, change, or transfer your registration, please submit your request here https://forms.microsoft.com/r/BrAU21GCHR. You will be asked to provide the original registrant's name and confirmation number. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of request. |

Is there an age restriction to attend the conference? |
Due to the nature of the workshop presentations, all attendees must be 18 years of age or older. |
What if i have special dietary needs? |
When registering, you will be asked to indicate any special dietary needs or allergies. The hotel will be advised of these requests. Most meals will offer options for the most common requests, such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian. Meals that require special preparation (such as kosher or vegan) must be requested in advance. IMPORTANT: Conference meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen which is NOT allergen-free. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please prepare accordingly and have any necessary medications with you. |
How do I earn continuing education credits? |
The conference will be submitted for continuing education credit from one or more national accrediting agencies. To earn CEUs, you must fulfill all requirements set by each accrediting body. More details to come. |

Is parking available at the venue? |
Conference attendees staying at the Omni Shoreham are eligible for a discounted valet parking rate of $45 per night, based on availability. The hotel does not offer self-parking. Additional parking information is available on the hotel website. |
