“Maryland’s Network of Hope: The Regional Navigator Model” provides an overview of Maryland’s coordinated statewide response to minor survivors of human trafficking. This session highlights the legislatively established Regional Navigator Program (RGNV), a community-based model that connects youth to trauma-informed services and strengthens collaboration among law enforcement, child welfare, and service providers. Drawing from doctoral research and real-world implementation, the presentation examines system gaps, multidisciplinary coordination, and practical strategies for early identification, survivor engagement, and prevention. Attendees will gain insight into how coordinated infrastructure can improve outcomes for trafficked youth and support long-term stabilization.
