Ivette Monge is a passionate advocate, survivor-leader, and community outreach professional dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking. With over a decade of experience in outreach and survivor-centered services, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. As Outreach Manager at RIA, Inc., Ivette leads with empathy, meeting survivors where they are and helping them access resources, healing, and hope. A proud Latina born in Puerto Rico, she uses her voice to uplift marginalized women and advocate for systemic change. Ivette is also a mother of four daughters and an adoptive parent, drawing strength from her family and her faith. With over 15 years of sobriety, she is committed to giving back and empowering others to reclaim their voices and build lives rooted in dignity and freedom.
