Supporting individuals impacted by the commercial sex trade requires collaboration across roles, relationships, and stages of readiness. This panel brings together two survivor leaders and one clinical ally to explore how survivor leadership and ally support can work together across a continuum of engagement—from outreach and crisis response to survivor mentorship and trauma-informed therapy. Drawing from a collaborative model used within their nonprofit organization, panelists will share how survivor leadership and lived expertise can guide ethical partnerships and coordinated responses to exploitation. Through real-world examples, the session will explore challenges, boundaries, and opportunities in survivor–ally collaboration across systems of care. Participants will gain practical insight into how outreach, mentorship, and therapy can function as complementary parts of a broader support ecosystem.
