Elian Maritz is a Division Supervisor at the HHS Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP), where she leads the Research and Data Division and serves as a subject matter expert on the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA). In this role, she oversees the modernization of OTIP's Anti-Trafficking Information Management System and directs federally-funded research on service delivery and best practices in combating human trafficking. Elian holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University.
