Supervisory Senior Resident Agent (SSRA) Pao Mei Fisher is the Supervisor of the FBI’s New York Hudson Valley Resident Agency (HVRA) and Safe Streets Task Force. Prior to the FBI, she spent five years as a U.S. Army Military Police Officer, deploying to Afghanistan in 2010-2011 where she assisted with training Afghan security forces, led Female Engagement Teams, and received the U.S. Army Bronze Star. Prior to the FBI, SSRA Fisher earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the US Military Academy, West Point in 2009 and later received her Masters degree in 2012. Throughout her FBI career, SSRA Fisher investigated violent crime, kidnappings, human trafficking, and the sexual exploitation of minors. SSRA Fisher is experienced in undercover covert operations, digital forensic examination, and defensive tactics. SSRA Fisher is an experienced public speaker, delivering briefings, presentations, and trainings to professional and public audiences on child abductions, kidnappings, human trafficking, cybercrimes, sextortion, internet safety and undercover operations. She is a member of the FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team and is the recipient of the FBI Director’s Award.
