Ms. Swain is responsible for the organization's overall functions, including fundraising, program development and management, finances, board management, and operations. She has been with the organization for over 16 years. Ms. Swain is a Center for Juvenile Justice Reform Fellow at Georgetown University. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Georgia Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force and routinely provides expert witness testimony for local Superior Court trafficking cases.
