Jessica Neham oversees the Community Outreach team with the USCRI Post Release Services. She holds a background in International Relations and Human Rights, having commenced her career working abroad with refugees and asylum seekers. Jessica's expertise lies in the social services field, particularly focusing on human trafficking. She has held pivotal roles at the National Human Trafficking Hotline and has provided direct services to victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and both sex and labor trafficking. Throughout her career, she has developed and facilitated numerous trainings and outreach programs for various agencies. With over 12 years of experience, she is dedicated to strengthening community response and enhancing collaborative efforts across various populations.
