Cancellations must be received in writing by the deadlines indicated above. To cancel your registration, please contact the conference registrar at conferences@sharedhope.org. You must provide:
- Original Registrant Name
- Original Confirmation Number
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of request.
INCOMING SHIPPING
All exhibitor deliveries are subject to receiving and handling charges and must be received by Friday, October 10.
*Resort cannot accept packages more than (5) five days prior to the event. Prices subject to change.
Incoming shipments will be accepted and stored by the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The resort cannot accept packages more than (5) five days prior to the event (no earlier than Wed Oct 8).
