With 20 years of nonprofit experience, including almost 15 years of experience leading policy reforms addressing protections for child trafficking survivors, Christine is a dedicated advocate and expert on issues impacting young people at risk of exploitation. As President and CEO of Uplift Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in children's rights and youth justice, Christine employs her skills to support clients through legal and policy analysis, strategy development, and coalition building.

Throughout her career, Christine has played a key role in advancing survivor-centered legislative frameworks, shaping state policy work to prioritize the rights and needs of trafficking survivors. She has authored and led groundbreaking research on critical issues such as the unjust criminalization of survivors, victim-offender intersectionality, Safe Harbor policies, and community-driven approaches to preventing and responding to trafficking.

Committed to primary prevention, Christine focuses on policy reforms that improve outcomes for children and families, working toward solutions that keep youth within their communities and prevent punitive or otherwise harmful responses. Through strategic guidance and collaborative leadership, she helps organizations, agencies, policymakers, and advocates develop impactful, sustainable approaches to supporting children, youth, families and communities.
