As President and CEO of Uplift Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in children's rights and youth justice, Christine employs her skills to support clients through legal and policy analysis, strategy development, and coalition building.
Throughout her career, Christine has played a key role in advancing survivor-centered legislative frameworks, shaping state policy work to prioritize the rights and needs of trafficking survivors. She has authored and led groundbreaking research on critical issues such as the unjust criminalization of survivors, victim-offender intersectionality, Safe Harbor policies, and community-driven approaches to preventing and responding to trafficking.
