Volunteers must work at least two (2) shifts during the conference. Most shifts are 3-4 hours, but a few may be longer depending on operational needs. Shifts begin as early as 7:00 a.m. and most end by 5:00 p.m. A full schedule will be provided to you at least 14 days in advance of the conference. When completing your volunteer application, it is very important to accurately indicate which days you will be available to work. The volunteer schedule will be created based on this information.

Volunteers must also participate in virtual orientation/training session held approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference.

If you must cancel your application, please notify us at least 30 days before the conference (on or before Sept 25, 2026) to receive a full refund of your deposit. Volunteer cancellations received with less than 30 days’ notice (after Sept 25) are not eligible for a refund.
