Sex trafficking is happening here in SW Washington.
In our neighborhoods, schools, and communities.
Keep Our Kids Safe, presented by Shared Hope International, is a bold, community-wide initiative to protect children across Southwest Washington.
As part of this effort, Shared Hope is hosting a multidisciplinary training day bringing together law enforcement, educators, youth-serving professionals, medical providers, and social service organizations to build awareness, equip participants with practical tools for identification and intervention, and strengthen the community’s response to trafficking.
Training includes:
Expert-led plenary sessions
Profession-specific breakout trainings
Practical tools to recognize trafficking, respond effectively, and collaborate across agencies
Meals and connection time to build stronger local partnerships
There is no cost to attend this training event.
At Shared Hope, we believe everyone has a role to play in protecting children, and that an informed, alert community is a safer one. To ensure this critical training is accessible to those who may encounter trafficking in the field, we are offering it at no cost—made possible through the generous support of our community partners.
