As Chief Creative Officer/Senior VP Creative Director for Allegiance Group + Pursuant, Dom’s role is to work directly with new and existing clients to advance integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and develop innovative winning creative communications.

Dom’s “hands on” approach to problem solving utilizes his range of skills from strategic thinking to creative direction and design to production and quality control for each creative product he undertakes.

Dom leads a creative team of 12 Art Directors, Designers and writers who are all response driven perfectionists. Just some of the accounts Dom has worked included City of Hope, Breakthrough T1D, The American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, CARE, Save The Children, National Audubon Society, Feeding America, Defenders of Wildlife, Environmental Defense Fund, Ducks Unlimited, Smithsonian Institute, Church World Services, and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Prior to AG+P Dom has worked as VP Creative Director at MOORE, SCA Direct/Russ Reid as VP Creative Director, and for 18 years at Epsilon as VP/Creative Director on both commercial and nonprofit clients.

Dom has won over 200 industry awards for outstanding creative solutions and has also served as a judge for the International ECHO Awards, Caples Awards, DMAW MAXI Awards and New England Direct Mail Awards.
