Meg Carlone, CFRE, is the Foundation Manager for Lions World Vision Institute Foundation, leading fundraising efforts that advance sight-saving programs globally. With over 8 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, and community engagement, Meg excels in cultivating donor relationships, organizing impactful events, and driving sustainable fundraising growth. She has transformed various fundraising events into must-attend gatherings in their communities, while staying true to the mission of Lions World Vision Institute.

Meg is passionate about building strong connections with donors, enhancing community engagement, and implementing creative strategies that foster long-term relationships. She has assisted in multiple capital campaigns as part of the development department and is an active member of AFP Tampa Bay, Working Women of Tampa Bay, and various local chambers.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in St. Petersburg with her fiancée, Jonas and their chiweenie, Max.
